I'm in a Rut

So, besides eggs and breakfast meats....

How do you get protein in the morning?  I put out this list awhile ago, but I need some fresh ideas....

    quinoa pancakes--As I'm sure you know quinoa is a complete protein. I think you could even leave the lemon and blueberries out and do it as a base for a pancake. let me know how it goes if you try it!
