Ruffle T-shirt Scarf

Hey y'all!  I'm back with another T-shirt scarf!  This one is a little flouncy, a little ruffly, and really fun.

  1. That looks awesome. What I need is a post on how and when to wear a scarf. I just don't feel stylish enough.

    1. Great idea! I'm going to work on that!

Short answer: every day...just with a T-shirt. Scarves like these are so lightweight it is more like wearing a necklace or something than a winter scarf.

  6. Wonderful, it must just be me, but I don't understand the step you called "tie each strand to another" and the next one, too. Sorry. It really looks fun and pretty to wear, though, I would like to do this!

    1. Each spiraly strand isn't quite long enough, so each strand of the scarf is two tied together. The next step is simply to group them altogether and cover the section of knots for aesthetic reasons. Does that help at all?
