Crowning the Fort
I think the kids felt like some of their highest dreams came true this Saturday when their Dad took them to the hardware store to purchase the crowning jewel of their deck fort.
See pictures of it getting built (here, here, here, here, and here)
Note: Staining the climbing wall and adding climbing rocks to it...still to come :).

Wow - every kids dream!! - Found you through under the table and dreaming - we are going to build a fort for our two kidlets but will probably be about a tenth of the size of this!
ReplyDeleteOur fort isn't actually all that big...it just happens to be attached to our deck which is big and really high off the ground :). We had to re-build it because it was in such poor shape, and during that process my hubby had lots of other fun ideas to help us all enjoy this backyard. Thanks for visiting my blog! :)
DeleteIt's looking GREAT!!!! Can't wait to see it all finished!
