  1. I just thought of you as I ordered a lamb burger (no bun) yesterday. Totally yummy, with feta cheese and tomato.

This week I've been doing a great job of high-protein-low-carb, except it's been super-high-sugar, so not the best:)

  2. i noticed the hamburger with either a bun or fries. do you wrap your burger in romaine lettuce? i love them that way- they are messier, but delicious!

also, i have been making homemade freezer burritos lately.i use the uncooked tortillas at costco, grill them up on both sides just before they get golden, fill them with beans and cheese, fold and put on a greased pyrex. i bake them at 350 for about 20 minutes, let them cool, then wrap them in groups of two. you just microwave them to defrost (like store-bought freezer burritos). hope that helps for those last minute lunches!
