Really, could it be that simple? I thought maybe I could just make a simple biscuit-like dough, rather than do the kneading and rising steps in creating this fattening comfort food.
Quick Fry Bread
2 C flour
1 C milk
2 T baking powder
2 T sugar
1/2 t salt
Mix together and fry in flat discs. I'll let you know how it tastes!
