Keto Blueberry Muffins


2 1/2 C almond flour
3 eggs
1/2 C plain whole milk greek yogurt
1/3 C Lakanto (or any) sweetener
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 t salt
2 t baking powder
1/3 C water
Frozen blueberries

I mix everything but the berries in the blender to make a pourable batter.  Then I pour the batter into greased muffin tins.  After that, I drop blueberries into and onto each  muffin cup.

Bake the muffins at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
