2 C whole wheat flour
2 C oats
1 1/2 T baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 1/2 C brown sugar
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t ginger
2 eggs
1 1/2 C milk
2 cans (15 oz) pumpkin
2 C chocolate chips
Mix using muffin method. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
This, my daughter will not refuse. Yum!

It's that time a year. Pumpkin does sound great! One thing I've done is grow squash, and that can replace the canned stuff if you have some. These sound yummy. I'm pinning them now.

ReplyDeleteReally love the chocolate chips with the pumpkin...yum. I have something like this I did with white chocolate and totally enjoyed it. Wish I could eat pumpkin goodies year round :)
