Save the Spinach!
I go through a lot of fresh spinach for my green (or NotSoGreen) smoothies. It's hard to plan for, and sometimes it looks like it might go bad...even if there is a bunch left.
I've found that if I bag it up loosely like this, and then freeze it, it still blends perfectly for the smoothies. It's great not to waste!
