Banana Oat Blender Muffins (Flour Free)

You guys!  I wanted to document this recipe because these muffins have been my go-to hot warm piece of gluten-free goodness when we are out of GF bread, or regular bread for us non-Celiacs.  And they are pretty dang healthy too.  I add chocolate chips and these fill a cupcake or cookie craving really well.


In a blender mix:

4 bananas
2 C plain greek yogurt
1 C sugar
6 C oats
3 t baking powder
3 C chocolate chips (optional)

Pour the batter into greased muffin pans and bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
