Chocolate Mug Cake (RECIPE)
2 T almond flour
1 T cocoa
1 T monkfruit classic sweetener (like granulated sugar)
1/2 t baking powder
1 T mayo
1 egg yolk
1 T water
3 or 4 dark chocolate chips
Mix together with a fork and microwave one minute. I like to then break it up a little and add cream over the top.
